Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

In Tallahassee, the only out of market station that is shown is WABW 14, the PBS station that serves the Albany, GA market.

Comcast is the cable company here. The channel position is weird here, though. The SD feed of WABW is on 206. The subchannels are on 204 and 205. WABW HD is grouped amongst the Tallahassee local HD channels (at 439 or 1014), though.

Double points for it being a state PBS being carried outside of the state boundaries. Some state PBS networks have zero carriage (outside of the dishes in markets that cross state lines) outside of the state

Comcast Peru, IL (LaSalle County - Chicago DMA) carries ABC and CBS Quad Cities and FOX and NBC Peoria-Bloomington in HD alongside most Chicago locals (WLS is SD only, while the Spanish stations aren't carried at all): https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360

They also carry Fox from Peoria-Bloomington as well (WYZZ-43.1, COL Bloomington).

Until moving to Naperville last year, TBN station WWTO (virtual 35) had its COL as LaSalle and its tower near Starved Rock State Park. During the analog era, WWTO had translators throughout most of northern Illinois (including some in the Chicago Suburbs, Rockford, Peoria, Bloomington, etc.). Their translator network even went as far south as Decatur and Champaign (but not Springfield) during the last half of the 90s and 2000s.

From 1957-ca. 1973, the original occupant of the channel 35 allocation at LaSalle was WEEQ, a full-power satellite of Peoria NBC station WEEK (which originally broadcast on channel 43 until moving to 25 in 1964). There were also translators of the two other "Big 3" Peoria affiliates in LaSalle/Peru during the 1960s: WMBD-31 (CBS) IIRC on channel 71, and the former WTVH/WIRL-19 (later WHOI and was ABC until 2016) on channel 78. WMBD's LaSalle translator might have even lasted until around 1980. Channel 35 returned to the air at LaSalle as WWTO in 1986.

AFAIK there has never been a translator in LaSalle/Peru for a PBS station, neither one of the Chicago stations or WTVP-47 Peoria. A WTVP translator might have been ideal in L-P if the Peoria translators stayed on the air longer there, but never became a reality.

The LaSalle translators for Peoria stations would have disappeared by the time channel 43 returned to the Peoria-Bloomington market as WBLN in Oct. 1982 (which became WYZZ in '85 and a charter Fox affiliate in '86).

Comcast Niles, MI (Berrien County - South Bend DMA) carries ABC Chicago and CBS Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids in HD alongside the South Bend locals: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-240&stdOffset=-300

Andrews University's MATV system (Berrien County - South Bend DMA) only carries broadcast channels, but does carry most of the Chicago stations (ABC, CW/MNT, FOX, ION, NBC, PBS, Telemundo, UniMas, and WGN) and PBS Kalamazoo in HD alongside the South Bend locals: https://www.andrews.edu/services/its/telecom/aces-channel-lineup.html (lineup is slightly out of date since it has WSJV as a FOX affiliate and WXFT as TeleFutura)

TDS Cable Woodland Park, CO (Teller County - Colorado Springs DMA) carries NBC Denver in HD alongside the Colorado Springs Big Four. However, this system doesn't have CW at all and MNT and PBS are SD only: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-360&stdOffset=-420

Comcast Colorado Springs, CO (El Paso County - Colorado Springs DMA) carries Denver's second PBS in HD alongside the Colorado Springs locals (Colorado Springs' PBS member is (mostly) a simulcast of Denver's primary PBS member). SD adds CBS, CW, and NBC Denver: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-360&stdOffset=-420

Charter Spectrum Lamar, CO (Prowers County - Denver DMA) carries the Colorado Springs Big Three and PBS alongside the Denver Big Four, CW, and MNT. Lamar is much closer to Colorado Springs than Denver, but is a white area with no OTA TV (and never had OTA TV AFAIK): https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-360&stdOffset=-420

Mediacom Valdosta, GA (Lowndes County - Tallahassee DMA) carries NBC Albany GA in HD alongside most Tallahassee locals. However, WFSU (Tallahassee PBS) isn't seen at all on this system, but GPB is seen and in HD: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-240&stdOffset=-300

ATC Broadband Alma/Baxley, GA (Bacon and Appling counties - both Savannah DMA) carries ION, PBS, and WJXT Jacksonville in HD alongside the Savannah locals: http://www.atcbroadband.com/wp-content/uploads/1A-Alma-Baxley-Channel-Line-Up-20180725.pdf

Mediacom McRae, GA (Telfair County - Macon DMA) carries NBC Albany in HD instead of in-market NBC, which isn't carried at all. However, the rest of the Macon locals do show up in HD: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-240&stdOffset=-300

South Central Rural Telecommunications has several systems in southern Kentucky.

The Barren/Hart/Metcalfe system (Bowling Green DMA) carries local news (and likely syndicated programs that go uncleared by the BG stations) from the CBS affiliates in Nashville and Louisville in HD. It also carries CBS Nashville's two subchannels (one of which is locally based and the other is uncleared in Bowling Green); SD adds PBS Nashville: http://www.scrtc.com/doc/lineup2018/BHM-Both.pdf

The Green/Larue/Nelson system (Louisville DMA) carries local news (and likely syndicated programs that go uncleared by the Louisville stations) from the ABC affiliate in Bowling Green in HD. It also carries religious independent WPBM and WKYU (secondary PBS member) in HD. SD adds PBS Nashville: http://www.scrtc.com/doc/lineup2018/LGN-Both.pdf

The Monroe/Allen system (Nashville DMA) carries local news (and likely syndicated programs that go uncleared by the Nashville stations) from the ABC affiliate in Bowling Green in HD. It also carries religious independent WPBM and WKYU (secondary PBS member) in HD. Despite being in the Nashville DMA, PBS Nashville is SD only (however, KET is in HD in addition to WKYU): http://www.scrtc.com/doc/lineup2018/AM-Both.pdf

Harlan Community TV Harlan, KY (Harlan County - Knoxville DMA) carries CBS Hazard, CBS, FOX, and NBC Lexington, and KET alongside the Knoxville locals. Unusually, this system also carries Knoxville PBS (in HD only), which doesn't get much cable carriage in Kentucky. SD adds WLJC and all of its subchannels: http://www.harlanonline.net/line-up.htm

IMC TV has two systems in SE Kentucky and far SW Virginia.
The Floyd/Pike/Matewan system (Charleston-Huntington DMA) carries CBS Hazard in HD alongside most Charleston-Huntington locals; the local KET transmitter (in Pikeville) is considered part of the Charleston-Huntington DMA: http://www.imctv.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/floydpike.pdf
The Letcher/Wise/Pound system (Tri-Cities TN/VA DMA) carries CBS Hazard and KET Pikeville in HD alongside most Tri-Cities locals: http://www.imctv.com/letcher-wise-lineups/

both carrying WYMT makes absolute perfect sense as it gives folks Kentucky news/sports/politics.
