Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

This system also serves Weimar in Colorado County (Houston DMA). For MNT they get KTXH instead of KBVO, and for Univision they get KXLN instead of KAKW.
 
Suddenlink in Senecaville OH (Columbus DMA) thinks it's in the Zanesville DMA, as only WHIZ is carried in HD and none of the Columbus stations. Also, it's a "semi-cursed" system with several HD channels but no HD premiums.
 
Time Warner in Cambridge and Caldwell OH (Columbus DMA) carries WHIZ Zanesville in HD alongside WCMH.
 
Charter in Assumption Parish LA (Baton Rouge DMA) carries the Big 4 and LPB from Baton Rouge plus CBS, FOX, NBC and PBS from New Orleans in SD and HD.
 
Comcast in LaPlace LA (New Orleans DMA) carries LPB from Baton Rouge in HD alongside WYES.
 
Charter in Bourg LA (New Orleans DMA) has CBS and PBS from New Orleans and Baton Rouge in HD.
 
Suddenlink Blythe CA (Los Angeles DMA) doesn't know which market it's in. In HD, they get The CW, ABC, KCAL9 and FOX from L.A.; The CW, PBS, FOX and NBC from Phoenix; and CBS from Yuma. It's the same in SD, plus FOX and NBC from Yuma and MNT from Phoenix.

Comcast Lewistown PA (Harrisburg DMA) carries WPSU State College (Johnstown DMA) instead of WITF. Lewistown's other cable provider, Nittany Media, does carry WITF, along with WPSU and WVIA Scranton in SD and HD.
 
Atlantic Broadband in Johnstown and Altoona PA carry WQED Pittsburgh in HD alongside WPSU. It also imports WPCW in HD and SD as the market has no CW affiliate.

It's the same in SD, plus CW, MNT and a religious indie from Nashville, and CW and TBN from Chattanooga.
 
Comcast in Attica, IN (Indianapolis DMA) carries ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, MNT, NBC, PBS, and a religious independent from Indianapolis, CW and FOX from Champaign-Urbana, and PBS from Chicago all in HD! SD adds CBS out of Lafayette and subtracts FOX from Champaign-Urbana.

Comcast in Cayuga, IN (Terre Haute DMA) carries ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC from Terre Haute, ABC, NBC, and PBS x2 from Champaign-Urbana, and CW from Indianapolis in HD. SD adds MNT from Champaign-Urbana.
 
D&P Communications is based in Petersburg, MI (Monroe County - Detroit DMA) and serves Adrian, Blissfield, Britton, Deerfield, Dundee, Hudson, Morenci, Palmyra, Riga, and Tecumseh in addition to Petersburg. All of the communities mentioned besides Dundee are in Lenawee County and the Toledo DMA. Hudson is on the line between Lenawee and Hillsdale counties (Lansing DMA), but most of Hudson is in Lenawee County. In HD, ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC are from both Detroit and Toledo, with CW and ION HD from Detroit and PBS HD from Toledo, along with a religious independent from Toledo. SD adds CBC from Windsor and MNT and PBS from Detroit. Comcast Fort Recovery has no idea which DMA it's in. Two CWs, NBC and an out-of-state PBS in HD, but no ABC, CBS or FOX. Also, Auglaize County is now in the Lima DMA, but Time Warner Waynesfield only has FOX and NBC from Lima in HD.
 
Charter's Osage Beach MO system covers parts of Camden County (Springfield DMA) and Miller and Morgan counties (Columbia DMA). The Big 4 from both Springfield and Columbia are carried in HD, along with an independent from Springfield and PBS from Sedalia (Kansas City DMA, but serves Columbia).
