Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

WK&T Henry County TN (Nashville TN) carries NBC Paducah in HD alongside Nashville's Big 4.

Comcast Tallahassee carries WABW (Albany, GA PBS) in HD & SD, along with its SD only subchannels.

Mediacom in Thomasville/Cairo, GA carries WABW (HD & SD) along with WALB NBC (HD & SD).Per Zap2it, WALB ABC is only in SD.

CNS in Thomasville, Camilla, and Cairo carry WSB from Atlanta (part-time, SD only). WTXL is on the Thomasville and Cairo systems. Camilla also has WALB (ABC) and WSWG (Albany CBS)

WALB NBC (HD & SD) is also available in Mediacom Valdosta. However, WFSU is not; WXGA (PBS) is in HD with WABW in SD... Not really a difference since the GPB stations are one and the same.

Southwest Georgia counties on the GA/FL line are part of the Tallahassee/Thomasville DMA; this includes Thomasville, Valdosta, and Cairo. Camilla is part of the Albany, GA DMA.

From what I heard, Mediacom used to carry WSB on its south GA systems; however, it was dropped in some areas in favor of WALB ABC.

Paul Bunyan Telecom carries 3 out of market stations in HD

-in the East (Itasca and Koochiching Counties) they carry both CBS (KCCW satellite of WCCO Minneapolis) and KAWE (PBS). Those 2 counties are in the Duluth market but those 2 stations can EASILY be picked up OTA in Itasca County. Ironically they dont carry the "in market" PBS WRPT (satellite of WDSE)

-in the West (Beltrami & Hubbard Counties) they carry KVLY NBC from Fargo. Counties are in the Mpls market
 
Charter - Springfield, NE: Provides cable service to Waverly, NE (in the Lincoln market, less than 10 miles from the Lincoln city limits) but only has Omaha channels in HD. Has Lincoln ABC and CBS in SD but does not carry Lincoln Fox or NBC.2.

Time Warner - Lincoln, NE: While it has all the Lincoln channels in HD, it also has the Omaha ABC in HD. (Plus Omaha CW but Lincoln doesn't have a CW affiliate.)

Vast Broadband (formerly WOW!) Marshall MN (Lyon County - Minneapolis DMA) only has FOX, NBC, CBS and two PBS members from its own market in HD, but carries CBS and ABC Sioux Falls.

Hunterdon County is in the NYC DMA, but Service Electric carries mainly Philly channels in HD (all networks but CW, plus WFMZ, WHYY and WLVT). NYC HD channels are CBS, FOX, ION, MNT, CW and Univision.

SD adds WTRF (CBS) from Wheeling, WSAZ (NBC) and WVAH (FOX) from Charleston, and WBOY (NBC) from Clarksburg. The QAM locals may or may not be HD. If they are HD, they would be the only HD channels carried. Also it's a cursed system with only five premium channels (4 HBO, 1 Encore).
