Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

The Henry County system has dropped FOX Nashville HD and added CBS and FOX Cape Girardeau HD.

Their systems in Glendive and Terry don't count as ABC and FOX Billings are seen in HD, but the Glendive DMA (which both cities are in) doesn't have its own ABC or FOX affiliates. Richey doesn't count either as that one carries ABC and FOX Western North Dakota in HD, but is also in the Glendive DMA.

Also, all of the above systems carry CW in HD from an unknown source.

Circle says "KWMK" which the cable only affiliate for Western ND
Ekalaka says KTVQ-DT2
Wilbaux KTVQ-DT2
Glendive and Terry show "KWZB" which is the cable only CW+ for Glendive...

West Alabama TV Cable - Hamilton/Fayette AL (Marion/Fayette Counties - Birmingham DMA)
Just added HD channels; carries WTVA Tupelo MS (NBC) in HD alongside WVTM Birmingham.

Bevcomm in New Prague, MN (Minneapolis market) does carry Mankato's KEYC CBS 12 in HD on cable. They are the local Telco there (they also carry the FOX subchannel too but only in SD). Comcast does carry KEYC but SD only and does not carry FOX Mankato.
 
Smithville Fiber has several systems in southern Indiana which fit.

Their French Lick system (Orange County - Louisville DMA) carries CBS, CW, and PBS [WTIU] HD from Indianapolis instead of the in-market Louisville affiliates. Park Region Telco in Fergus Falls, MN (Fargo DMA) carries KCCO CBS (full power satellite of WCCO Minneapolis) from Alexandria in HD. Charter only carries it in SD but Charter also carries KSAX ABC (full power satellite of KSTP) in SD too (Park Region does not carry KSAX anymore)

Both also carry the PBS from Appleton, MN (KWCM) in SD along with Fargo's PBS. But the reason is there is a KWCM translator (K49FA) in Fergus proper so its carried too.

This system just added CBS Palm Beach in HD. BTW, this system is split among market lines (similar to Dunnellon), with one part in Indian River County (Palm Beach DMA) and one in Brevard County (Orlando DMA).

Carried in both counties:
HD: ABC, NBC, CBS, CW, WFGC and WXEL Palm Beach; Telemundo Miami
SD: MNT and WTCE Palm Beach; CBS Orlando

Brevard only:
HD: FOX and ION Orlando
SD: WTGL and UniMas Orlando

Indian River only:
HD: FOX and ION Palm Beach
SD: FOX Orlando
 
Nelson County VA is in the Roanoke-Lynchburg DMA, but the Nelson Cable system at Wintergreen Resort doesn't carry any Roanoke local channels, just Charlottesville's Big 4 and NBC Richmond, both in HD and SD. Maybe Nelson County should be reassigned to the Charlottesville DMA.

But it has bounced between DMA's in the last few years. There are counties on the fringes of DMA's similar to this example that bounce between DMA"s depending on what Nielsen says. Obviously the cable company doesnt feel like changing over the locals every year :)
