Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

Comcast Bridgewater VT mainly serves Windsor County (Burlington-Plattsburgh DMA), but crosses into Londonderry in Windham County (Boston DMA) and Landgrove in Bennington County (Albany DMA). Boston's Big 3, WMUR and NHPTV are carried in HD alongside the Burlington locals. No Albany stations are carried.

This system also serves northwestern Merrimack County NH (Boston DMA).

Bee Line Cable Farmington, ME (Franklin County - Portland DMA) carries ABC, CBS, and FOX Bangor in HD alongside the Portland locals. SD adds WSBK Boston and CBMT: http://www.getbeeline.com/channel_lineups_farmington.cfm

Bee Line Cable Skowhegan, ME (Somerset County - Bangor DMA) carries ABC, CBS, and FOX Portland in HD alongside the Bangor locals. SD adds WSBK Boston and CBMT: http://www.getbeeline.com/channel_lineups_skowhegan.cfm

Note: NBC Bangor is a semi-satellite of NBC Portland, which explains why the other market's NBC isn't seen in either city.

Yep! Tegna owns both WCSH (Portland) and WLBZ (Bangor). Those two stations were "sisters" even when I lived in York County from 1985 to 1987. The cable in town I lived in once carried channels 4, 5, 7, 38 and 56 from Boston/Cambridge. Syndex killed off all but 38, I think. Then and now, CKSH-TV channel 9 from Sherbrooke, Quebec is carried (French language). Portland's only out-of-market station on cable is WENH-TV (PBS) channel 11 from Durham, NH.

SkyBest TV Allegheny County, NC (Greensboro/Winston-Salem DMA): http://www.skybesttv.com/uploads/media/pdfs/2016/channel-nc-res-alleg-5-04-16-no-crop.pdf
Only carries in-market FOX and NBC in HD. ABC, CBS, and CW HD come from Charlotte. Charlotte indie WAXN is also in HD, as well as both UNCTV and WETP for PBS.

SkyBest TV Ashe/Avery/Watauga Counties, NC (Charlotte DMA): http://www.skybesttv.com/uploads/media/pdfs/2016/channel-nc-res-aaw-5-1-16-no-crop.pdf
Doesn't carry in-market NBC. Carries NBC Greensboro/Winston-Salem as well as NBC and PBS Tri-Cities in HD.

SkyBest TV Shady Valley, TN (Johnson County - Tri-Cities DMA): http://www.skybesttv.com/uploads/media/pdfs/2016/channel-shady-res-5-11-16-no-crop.pdf
Carries UNCTV in HD alongside the Tri-Cities locals.

These may have been mentioned way back, but here goes:
Arthur Mutual Telephone Arthur, OH (Defiance County - Toledo DMA) carries NBC and religious indie WTLW Lima and ABC Fort Wayne in HD alongside the Toledo locals (including both PBS members!). SD adds NBC Fort Wayne: http://www.artelco.net/channels.php

Ayersville Communications Ayersville, OH (Defiance County - Toledo DMA) carries NBC Lima and ABC Fort Wayne in HD alongside the Toledo locals (including both PBS members!). SD adds CBS and NBC Fort Wayne and WTLW Lima: http://ayersvillecomm.com/wp-content/uploads/Channel-Lineup-Card1.pdf

Bryan Municipal Utilities Bryan, OH (Williams County - Toledo DMA) carries CBS Fort Wayne in HD alongside the Toledo locals (only WGTE for PBS Toledo in HD). SD adds WBGU and PBS and TCT Fort Wayne: http://www.cityofbryan.net/PDFs/ChannelLineup05.2016.pdf

Alta-Tec Alta, IA (Buena Vista County - Sioux City DMA) carries SDPTV in HD alongside the Sioux City locals. SD adds ABC and CBS Des Moines: http://www.alta-tec.net/PDFs/Channel Lineup 2015.pdf

iVue Bellevue, IA (Jackson County - Quad Cities DMA) carries the Big Four + IPTV + ION from Cedar Rapids/Waterloo in HD, while carrying in-market CW, FOX, NBC, and WQPT in HD: http://www.bellevueia.gov/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/BellevueChannelbrochure6-10-15.pdf

Grundy Center Municipal Grundy Center, IA (Grundy County - Cedar Rapids/Waterloo DMA) carries the Big Three from Des Moines in HD alongside the Cedar Rapids/Waterloo locals: http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlist...0638&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=IA01129:X

FMCTV, which covers several communities in Shelby County, IA (Omaha DMA) carries CBS, FOX, and NBC from Des Moines in HD alongside the Omaha locals: http://www.fmctc.com/pressCenter/Campaign/Experience/Dig&BasicGuideFeb2016.pdf

Carr Digital in Baldwin, MI (Lake County - Traverse City-Cadillac DMA) carries ABC Grand Rapids instead of the in-market ABC in both SD and HD. However, the Grand Rapids affiliate's stick (near Grant) is much closer to Baldwin than the Traverse City affiliate's stick (near Kalkaska). The system also serves Branch and Walhalla (Mason County - Traverse City-Cadillac DMA) and Walkerville (Oceana County - Grand Rapids DMA): http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...rence=false&lineupId=MI65842:X&aid=tvschedule

I still can't understand how COX was allowed to dominate nearly the entire state of Rhode Island like that. 36 of their mere 39 municipalities have that service.

I still can't understand how COX was allowed to dominate nearly the entire state of Rhode Island like that. 36 of their mere 39 municipalities have that service.

Not quite as dominant as GCI in Alaska or Oceanic in Hawaii. Another note: Providence is the largest community in the Northeast that is not served by Comcast, Charter (Time Warner), or Cablevision

At least two university systems in Michigan apply, such as:
Central Michigan University (Isabella County - Flint-Saginaw DMA): http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...8858&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=MI61145:-
Carries CBS and FOX Traverse City-Cadillac and ABC (WZZM) Grand Rapids in HD in addition to the Flint-Saginaw locals. SD adds CBC and CW Detroit-Windsor.

Ferris State University (Mecosta County - Traverse City-Cadillac DMA): http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...9307&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=MI61095:-
Carries CBS and FOX Traverse City-Cadillac and ABC (WZZM) Grand Rapids in HD. No NBC or PBS in HD. SD adds CW and NBC Traverse City, FOX and MNT Grand Rapids, and PBS Mt. Pleasant (market bender)

At least one in Pennsylvania applies:
Indiana University of Pennsylvania (Indiana County - Pittsburgh DMA): http://www.iup.edu/housing/services/television-channels-on-campus/
Carries ABC, CBS, FOX, and PBS Pittsburgh and ABC, FOX, and NBC Johnstown-Altoona in HD. SD adds CW, NBC, MNT, and a religious independent from Pittsburgh and CBS Altoona. Zap2it has a slightly different lineup (http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlist...5705&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=PA61072:- ) that provides ABC, FOX, and PBS Pittsburgh and CBS, FOX, and NBC Johnstown-Altoona in HD. SD in this case includes CBS, CW, NBC, and a religious independent from Pittsburgh (CW listed twice).

Back to regular systems, Comcast Blairsville (Indiana County - Pittsburgh DMA) carries PBS State College in HD alongside the Pittsburgh stations. SD adds CBS, FOX, and NBC Johnstown-Altoona: http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...5705&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=PA37710:X
