Celect Communications-Spring Valley, Wi
Dunn County (Mpls DMA) carries in HD
Minneapolis Big 4 + KTCA PBS + MY Network
Eau Claire/La Crosse Big 4 + PBS + CW

SD adds Minneapolis CW & KSTC (Ind)

Whats crazy is they carry most of the subchannels from both markets so in some cases you get 2 AntennaTV's, H&I and MeTV

http://www.celectcom.net/channel-lineup/

Glenwood City (St Croix), Boyceville and Downing (Dunn Co) Wisconsin
Minneapolis DMA carries in HD
The Big 6 (NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, MY, CW) + both PBS (KTCA & KTCI) + ION + PBS KIDS (KTCA-DT4) from Minneapolis
NBC, ABC, FOX, PBS from Eau Claire

This lineup is outdated (listed 10/21/16) as Get & Grit are no longer on WUCW CW23....its Comet, TBD and Charge!
http://www.nextgen-broadband.net/ap...708/0557/Channel_Lineups_10.21.1610212016.pdf

Most of the Mpls subchannels are carried whereas the only Wisconsin ones are Wisco Channel (DT2) and Create (DT3)

I posed it in another thread but it deserves posting here too

Mediacom uses the same channel lineup for 14 different towns. Most are in counties that are in the Mpls DMA but 2 (Lake Crystal and Pemberton) are in Blue Earth County and the Mankato, MN DMA so regardless of which market you are in you get both Mankato and Minneapolis

All Minneapolis stations are carried. All but KTCA are in HD
KEYC CBS Mankato is carried in SD & HD
KEYC-DT2 (FOX) is carried only in HD

https://mediacomtoday-lineup.com/lineup/462/cleveland__henderson_janesville_kasota_lafayet.aspx

Mediacom Butterfield and ST James, MN (Watonwan County/Mankato DMA) has all the Minneapolis stations in HD alongside locals KEYC CBS & FOX Mankato.

Arlington, Fairfax, Gaylord, Gibbon & Winthrop, MN (Most in Sibley County, Fairfax is in Renvillke Co/Minneapolis DMA) carries KEYC CBS & FOX subchannel in HD alongside Minneapolis stations. KEYC-DT2 (FOX) is carried only in HD

I think someone already posted these, but it was a while ago, so there may be some updates.

(These are all WK&T Digital in western Kentucky and NW Tennessee. Also, none of its systems have CW, MNT, or PBS in HD)
Calloway County KY (Paducah-Cape DMA) carries Nashville's Big Three in HD alongside the Paducah-Cape Big Four: http://www.mywkt.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MyWKT_Calloway-County_Channel-Lineup.pdf
Dyer County TN (Memphis DMA) carries nothing from its DMA. Only CBS (Paducah-Cape) and NBC (Nashville) are seen in HD. SD adds ABC, CBS, FOX, and PBS Jackson and MNT Paducah-Cape: http://www.mywkt.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MyWKT_Dyer-County_Channel-Lineup.pdf
Gibson County TN (Jackson DMA) carries only CBS and NBC Nashville in HD. SD adds ABC, CBS, FOX, and PBS Jackson: http://www.mywkt.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MyWKT_Gibson-County_Channel-Lineup.pdf
Henry County TN (Nashville DMA) carries CBS, NBC, and FOX Paducah-Cape in HD alongside Nashville's Big Three. SD adds ABC and CBS Jackson and CW, FOX, MNT, and PBS Nashville: http://www.mywkt.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MyWkt_Henry-County_Channel-Lineup.pdf
Obion and Weakley counties TN (both Paducah-Cape DMA) carry CBS Nashville in HD alongside the Paducah-Cape Big Four. SD adds ABC and CBS Jackson: http://www.mywkt.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MyWKT_Obion-Weakley-County-_Channel-Lineup.pdf

Harlan Community TV in Harlan, KY (Harlan County - Knoxville DMA) carries MeTV Tri-Cities, CBS and PBS Hazard (Lexington market), and CBS, FOX, and NBC Lexington in HD alongside the Knoxville locals and locally-licensed religious station WAGV. SD adds WLJC Beattyville (Lexington market): http://www.harlanonline.net/line-up.htm

NCTC Scottsville, KY (Allen County - Nashville DMA) carries the Big Three from Louisville, ABC and KET Bowling Green, and PBS Cookeville in HD alongside the full set of Nashville stations. SD adds CBS Lexington (!!) and CW and WKYU Bowling Green: http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlist...7083&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=KY16718:X

NCTC Bethpage, TN (Sumner County - Nashville DMA) carries KET Bowling Green and PBS Cookeville alongside the full set of Nashville stations: http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlist...7083&setMyPreference=false&lineupId=TN68765:X

I do know Cookeville is in the Nashville DMA, but WCTE isn't carried anywhere near Nashville on cable (however, both DirecTV and DISH do have WCTE in the entire Nashville market)

Charter Spectrum Livingston, CA (Merced County - Fresno market) is all over the place: http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlist...reference=false&lineupId=CA04398:X&aid=zap2it
It carries only ABC and CBS in HD from its home market. FOX, MNT, NBC, PBS, Telemundo, Univision, and UniMas HD all come from Sacramento. CW and ION are SD only and also from Sacramento.
It is almost the exact same lineup as Turlock, which is just across the county line in Stanislaus County (Sacramento DMA), except Turlock gets ABC and CBS from Sacramento instead of Fresno.

Consolidated Communications Montgomery County, IL (St. Louis DMA) carries FOX Springfield in HD alongside the St. Louis locals. SD adds ABC, MNT, and NBC Springfield: https://www.consolidated.com/DesktopModules/MVC/ChannelLineup/Resources/pdf/montgomerycounty.pdf

Consolidated Communications Lufkin, TX (Angelina County - Tyler/Longview/Lufkin DMA) carries PBS, Univision, and UniMas Houston in HD (it might not count as Tyler/Longview doesn't have affiliates or members of any of the above networks). SD adds CBS, CW, and NBC Houston: https://www.consolidated.com/DesktopModules/MVC/ChannelLineup/Resources/pdf/lufkin.pdf

I think most (if not all) of NewWave's Missouri systems carry KAIT for ABC HD instead of KPOB/WSIL

NewWave says they've dropped KAIT in favor of KPOB/WSIL.

A decision was made to drop some duplicate programming that will effect you in the new year.

Effective at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 31, 2017 NewWave Communications dropped KAIT from the Dexter, Kennett & Poplar Bluff broadcasting area.

Channel 3, KPOB will be your local ABC channel for Poplar Bluff and Dexter. Channel 7, WSIL will be your local ABC channel for Kennett.

Also WPSD Channel 6 will be the NBC affiliate for Poplar Bluff, Dexter, and Kennett.

https://showmetimes.com/BlogPost/v9dm/New-Wave-Communications-Programming-Changes-for-the-New-Year

But the Poplar Bluff and Kennett lineups on their website still have KAIT carried in HD.
https://www.newwavecom.com/lineups/channel-lineup.php?zipcode=63901
https://www.newwavecom.com/lineups/channel-lineup.php?zipcode=63857

The Dexter lineup has KPOB in HD and SD.
https://www.newwavecom.com/lineups/channel-lineup.php?zipcode=63841

Did KPOB complain? KAIT still covers news events out of the Poplar Bluff area (probably more so than WSIL/KPOB), according to their website. IMHO, a station should be carried (at least partially) if they routinely cover news and weather for that community. By partial carriage, it could mean as little as just their local news with C-SPAN, a religious channel, or local access at other times. Spectrum does this in Troy, Ohio where WLIO is carried, but is replaced with EWTN during duplicate programming (EWTN is carried fully on a different channel as well).

Poplar Bluff, Kennett, and Dexter would still qualify, as they have PBS from Jonesboro instead of in-market WSIU.

Harris Broadband in Brownwood, TX (Brown County - Abilene DMA) carries ABC, CBS, FOX, and indie KTXA in HD (and SD), all from DFW. No CW, NBC, or PBS in HD at all. SD adds CBS, FOX, NBC, and Telemundo Abilene as well as Estrella TV, MNT, PBS, and SonLife DFW: https://www.harrisbb.com/channels/ (lineup is older as it mentions ABC Family)
Zap2it has ABC Abilene in SD instead of ABC Dallas, but Dallas is still in HD

Well in Ottumwa, IA (Kirksville/Ottumwa market) they finally got a local NBC today when KYOU FOX 15 added NBC on 15-2 but Mediacom is carrying it in HD only (not SD) on 103
https://mediacomtoday-lineup.com/lineup/357/agency_ottumwa_and_wapello_co__ia.aspx

So now Mediacom is carrying CBS from Des Moines in HD instead of in market CBS subchannel (which is carried in SD only but is HD OTA) and NBC from Des Moines alongside of in market NBC (which is in HD only).
ABC & FOX in market are carried along with Iowa PBS.

SD adds ABC & FOX from Des Moines

Charter Spectrum Fayetteville, TN (mentioned in the very first post) now carries the following in HD according to Zap2it:
ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS Nashville
ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC Huntsville
SD adds MNT Huntsville

Fayetteville also has a municipal provider, which carries CBS and PBS Nashville in HD alongside (CBS) or instead of (PBS) the Huntsville affiliates: http://www.fpu-tn.com/node/40

West Central Telephone Association Sebeka, MN/Menahga, MN (Wadena County Minneapolis DMA) carries following in HD
Minneapolis-Big 6 + KSTC Independent + Ion. PBS is Lakeland PBS which is the in market PBS but covers Northern MN. They do carry MN channel and PBS Kids is HD too which is only on KTCA from Minneapolis. They carry KTCI (2nd PBS) in SD only
Fargo-Big 4
