Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

Midcontinent (Midco) Mapleton, MN (Blue Earth County/Mankato DMA) gets a nod even though it technically doesnt fall in this category as they carry NO HD AT ALL!
(but since they carry different market stations I'll put them here)

They carry stations from 3 different markets
Mankato (home market) only CBS. No FOX or NBC. NBC I give them a pass as Gray Broadcasting just launched KMNF-LD NBC & CW on 12/1. Directv is the only one who has it besides OTA. Dish is getting it this week. No cable company has it (not even Mankato's home systems of Charter or Consolidated)
Minneapolis Big 4 + PBS + My + Ind KSTC. They are usually carried in the Mankato market but KSTC is the oddball. They do not have Sig Viewed status in Blue Earth County so most systems do not carry KSTC
NBC, ABC, PBS and CW from the Rochester/Austin/Mason City DMA. CW is the CW+ feed.

Midco has massively upgraded this system...now with HD!!

They carry Minneapolis ABC, NBC, PBS (and PBS Kids) and My Network from Minneapolis in HD alongside the 4 Mankato locals in HD (KEYC CBS, KEYC-DT2 FOX, KMNF-LD1 NBC and KMNF-LD2 CW)
SD stations from Minneapolis are Big 4, PBS, My and KSTC Independent. SD from Austin/Rochester are ABC KAAL and KSMQ PBS
