Also in the listings, which don't seem to be on the lineup, are channel 8, which seems to be a PBS (from Nashville, maybe?), 13 (ABC affiliate), and 44 (CBS affiliate).

I'm not even sure where Cadiz, KY is, but I'm guessing it's a very small town. And the significant thing about this particular issue is that it features an article about an historic Price is Right contestant who played Punch-a-Bunch and gave back $5,000 and ended up getting $10,000. He died recently.

But anyway, I'm kind of guessing it's a small town, partially because of the small lineup. This was 1996 and this looks like it could have been in the 80s. And they very well could have still been using old-fashioned cable boxes.
