Can a local AM Radio station in Hondo, TX make a living?

Welcome Ron Cole. Do you know how KCWM-AM 1460 in Hondo is doing today?

I heard they lost their tower in a weather-event a couple years ago and are at half-power. But they seem to be the only LOCAL station serving Hondo with LOCAL information. Can an AM Radio station in Hondo, Texas make a living?

There seems to be a lot of spill-in from San Antonio stations.
