Can anyone provide info on what appears to be a Haitian pirate on AM 720?

Here in Arlington Heights, the signal is very weak but does not fade. The programming is mostly music but also includes what sound like church services. Both the lyrics and any non-music content in the church services appear to be in French (or Haitian Creole, which is a form of French), but the signal is buried deep enough in background noise that I can't be 100% sure. Aside from the church services, there is no spoken-word programming and there are no IDs. At night, I get WGN instead of the pirate. WGN identifies itself, of course, and programs in English. So I can easily differentiate it from the pirate even though I am not always able to make out what is being said. The pirate is either transmitting at very low power or is very far away. Maybe someone has reported this already. If so, I have missed the report(s).

I have picked them up on occasion and in fact heard them this morning in Salem.

B.A. Conti's Low Power AM (in Boston) log says they are broadcasting from Dorchester,
"Haitian/Caribbean; religion"

I did a basic search and found this (search "AM 720 Haitian Boston" on yahoo):
http://radioveriteboston.com/

>>Radio Verite WRVB 720 AM
"The Voice of the Haitian Catholic in Boston"

The webpage includes a phone number

---Another search showed an entry on radio-info's DX and reception board, under "what does your
AM reception look like in the daytime" and Eli P. wrote:

I don't know if they have been contacted by FCC, etc.

A list of WRVB programming (gee, I know the FCC didn't license those calls, but they sound awful
close to "WRBB" don't they?)
http://radioveriteboston.com/program.html
If you know basic French you'll see the days of the week; "nouvelles" (news) "L'evangile du jour
et homilie" (evangelism/church teaching of the day, and homily)

A link at the bottom of the page allows you to hear their webstream. Supposedly they are on air
24 hrs per day.

you never know if you'll get kiskeya, SignalFM, or Caraibes on 1.64, 1.68/9 and 88.5/100.1. have heard Bel Mizik shows replayed on Concorde too - it really is a matrix of nonstop music and talk hitting from every angle
