Can I use a Comrex access with Brick Technology to recieve an old fashion WMa or

I was fooling with a Comrex Access yesterday and noticed I could not get it to receive WMA or Mp3 streams, just the test Brick stream from comprex. Is it possible to receive WMA or MP3 with this or do I have to have an access at both ends?
 
ACCESS supports AAC and HE-AAC HTTP streaming only. It does not have support for MP3 or WMA.
