Can You Recommend a Good Freelance Radio Engineer in the Houston Area?

We are a smaller market station just outside Houston needing a little help next week setting up some new studio equipment we recently purchased. Can anyone recommend a good Houston-area engineer for some ocassional part time work at our station?

Thanks in advance,
everydayguy

I'd be happy to help you out with it. Message me through this site and we can exchange info.

I can also recommend Dave Biondi -- a longtime freelance broadcasting engineer with a good reputation.

I don't know how to contact him, but chief engineer John Steele at KUHF can put you in touch with him. Dave has done a lot of freelance work at KUHF over the years.

Fred Morton & George Schenk come to mind, too.

Bob Cham was the chief at KTRU, and is still working with Rice on its new on-line venture-slash-KPFT-HD2. I'm pretty sure he can be reached through ktru.org.

I have Bob's cell phone number if you need it.
