can you sit on the board of an LPFM and own a translator?

I know you can't hold any broadcast licenses and sit on the board of a nonprofit that holds an lpfm license but can you sit on the board if all you hold is a translator license?

No, you can't hold an interest in any other facility, including a translator. Also, the LPFM licensee cannot provide financial support to the translator owner.

That is subject to change, though. The FCC is considering in the latest LPFM NPRM to allow limited cross-ownership of LPFM's and translators. There will probably be a distance limit or contour overlap requirement.
