SK Saskatoon After studying the possibility of allowing a new commercial station on the air in Saskatoon it was determined that the market is not economically sound enough to support such an operation. The CRTC then issued a freeze on applications for new commercial stations in Saskatoon for at least two years.

BC Princeton 1400 CIOR Change status from a station that originates some local programming to a rebroadcaster which will simulcast CJOR 1240 Osoyoos, B.C. 100%.
ON Paris-Kitchener 88.3 CJIQ Decrease power from 4,000 to 3,386 watts (10,600 to 8,220 watts Max. ERP). Raise antenna height.
QC Trois-Rivieres 89.9 CIRA-2 Decrease power from 6,000 to 2,100 watts (6,000 to 3,200 watts Max. ERP). Raise antenna height. Relocate transmitter site. Change radiation pattern from non-directional to directional.
TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
ON Scarborough 105.9 CJVF Move to 102.7 with 6.5 watts immediately while the CRTC makes its formal decision on the application from CJVF to move to 102.7 with 1,200 watts. This move was necessitated by the launch of CFMS 105.9 in nearby Markham.
