Can't November Christmas music just be used as a way to sell more HD radios?

can they leave B101 and 97.5 NOW on HD-2 radio and force us to buy HD radio for those who prefer those stations?

Unless Tony Soprano shows up, you aren't going to be forced into it. :)

No, that would make too much sense. With XM/Sirius losing a lot of channels and the bad economy making people stop satellite radio subscriptions, an HD radio may be a better option than satellite.

Never thought I'd read the words "HD radio" and "better" in the same sentence...

Ditto.

HD Radio is dead folks. After three years of super agressive marketing, the consumer doesn't want it and the retailers aren't selling them.

Dead.

reminds me of the line from the movie "Mars Attacks".

The Martians are laying waste to earth....in a communication to them, earth asks "What do you want us to do?"

The Martians answer, "Die."

I'm tempted to call up "Santa" on Now 97.5 and say that I want an HD radio for Christmas so I can hear smooth jazz.
