MOE KNOWS: If you think Rick Murphy is a good storyteller on WIBA/AM-1310 radio, you should hear him in person. Next month, Murphy will be telling old radio stories - about local airwaves legends like Jim Mader, Fred Gage and George "Papa Hambone" Vukelich - at a meeting of the Fitchburg Historical Society. The WIBA station and tower are in Fitchburg, of course. Murphy's Feb. 18 talk is open to the public and begins at 1:30 p.m. at the Fitchburg Community Center on Lacy Road.
