CapRadio looks to give control of Chico and Humboldt stations back

There is a lot in the as usual excellent reporting of Jen Picard, Chris Nichols and Sarit Lachinsky.

Beyond the plan to return control of KCHO and KHSU to Chico State and Cal Poly Humboldt, there's quite a bit in here about how staffers at CapRadio are still dealing with a lack of clarity about finances and the new board, as the old board had been, is behind in presenting a proposed budget (CapRadio operates on a fiscal calendar, so we are six days from the date a new budget would take effect):
