Caribbean MW signals strong 1/23 06:00-08:00 UTC here in Northeast

I lost my mexican virginity last night. Im just outside boston and I was able to log XEX 730 Mexico City on a portable! Its my first confirmed Mexican MW ever. Also Radio Rebelde from Cuba was crushing WOR on 710... CRUSHING.

Very weird night.

Welcome back to DX'ing.

From your location, you'll no doubt be logging more Caribbean stations, though many will be Cuban.

Be on the lookout for Bonaire on 800 KHZ. They still occasionally make it here to Southwest Ohio.

To the OP----with no 940 Montreal now, XEQ in Mexico City just might make it in there too. Worth a try.

unfortunately i dont have high hopes for the Bonaire signal. I have a semi local spanish on 800 and CKLW and CJAD usually dominate when the local is nulled.
