Story listed on Nabetcwa54 website states that Carol LeBeau and Loren Nancarrow will be leaving KGTV ABC 10 San Diego. LeBeau is leaving at the end of May and Nancarrow rejected the latest contract offer from Channel 10.

That station seems a bit stale to me. I think some fresh faces would be good for it.

New imaging, too. I've never been a fan the yellow "sun" with a black H-D dot sloppily thrown on top. But I think all their material is very good. They just don't look like a big market station to me.

I shouldn't have said that... Carol and Loren are staples of San Diego news, and they will be missed. However, I agree that 10 News can use some fresh faces.

The talk on the street is that both Carol LeBeau and Loren Nancarrow were both in new contract negotiations. They did not seek any pay increases, but wanted to continue at their current pay.

KGTV allegedly offered the 50% of their current contract.

KGTV is sooo ripe for them to be sold and for someone to take the station back to the level of professionalism they were at. They really are a shadow of themselves.
