Cat Country 96-Local radio at its finest.....340 plus thousand dollars

As much as LV stations get bashed on this board, and it has been shown the brightest radio management does not exist on Avenue C, when something great happens, it should be noted. The annual Cat Country St Jude Radiothon has just ended and congratulations to the entire Cat airstaff for raising 340 some thousand dollars for St. Jude. A big congrats to Sam Malone, Becca Lynn, Jerry Padon (sp?), Chris Line, and Cat Kid.
This shattered a previous record. To see how local radio should be done, one only need to stop at 96.1 on the dial. Well done...
