I would rather have HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA on the CBC forever instead of seeing it go to a rival network like CTV/TSN or Global.

Now that Rogers has their hands on all the A channels, this raises even more concern than before, perhaps.
By the time the next batch of contract talks come about, Rogers may be in a better position to toss in a bid...depending on how much money they have to play around with at that time.
