Every show I hear on ESPN, especially in the middle of an interview, involves a reset every twenty seconds.StoJa said:As long as Kincade doesn't say "CBS Sports Radio" every 40 seconds like he did (or was forced to do) at ESPN, he might be listenable.
"So I think the Falcons........you're listening to the John Kincade Show on ESPN Radio......will beat New Orleans tomorrow. We'll take your calls and emails, on ESPN Radio, next. This is John Kincade and you're listening to the John Kincade Show...on ESPN Radio."
That would be my guess. but does the mothership not realize that you could if you wanted to spend time to edit out the espn bombs in every interviewquadraphonic said:Every show I hear on ESPN, especially in the middle of an interview, involves a reset every twenty seconds.StoJa said:As long as Kincade doesn't say "CBS Sports Radio" every 40 seconds like he did (or was forced to do) at ESPN, he might be listenable.

Does The Mothership want to keep non-ESPN stations from ripping off their interviews that bad?

Amy falls into a rather small group of broadcasters that have mastered the trifecta of terrible; 1) bad, puking voice wherein everything sounds happy and fluffy. 2) Someone in this thread used the term "fact challenged" and I would agree completely, when she talks baseball it is quite cringe worthy---not to mention her insisting upon discussing NASCAR. 3) The inability to speak conversationally. Talk TO the listener not AT the listener, speak in a way that people speak in real life. If there is one thing that will drive me to turn a show off at light speed it is a broadcaster that cannot just use their real voice and talk to us like a human being.eddiepritchett said:I like Amy Lawrence she's good.
