CCU/Atlanta gets a new sales director--former veteran V-103 sales guy Val Carolin

Clear Channel Radio Appoints Val Carolin
Director of Sales, Atlanta

Atlanta, Georgia. July 5, 2005 - Clear Channel Radio today named Val Carolin Director of Sales for Atlanta. In his new role, Carolin will oversee the sales efforts for five stations in Atlanta, plus the Braves Radio Network, the Georgia News Network, and Total Traffic Network for Atlanta.

Val Carolin is an Atlanta market veteran who spent the past 17 years with CBS/Infinity Radio, including the last five as the Director of Sales for Infinity in Atlanta.. His other work experiences include running national rep offices for CBS in Chicago and Atlanta and GSM of WBBM in Chicago and WVEE in Atlanta. Most recently, he was with NCC (National Cable Connect) in Atlanta. Carolin will report to Jerry Del Core, Regional Vice President for the region. His appointment is effective July 13, 2005.
