CDR was able to be aired on WINF because they did not own it.. Kinda like these LPFM's that air Calvary Chapel stuff but are not owned by Twin falls. LPFM's can air Satellite programming as long as its non commerical. The only thing is they must i think air so much local a week and I believe that WINF broke away weekly for "public affairs" stuff like you hear the big boys do early sunday morning when no one is really listening.
