Celebration Ministries purchases 91.1 translator in Okolona to rebroadcast WNAS

This came up on the list of station sales on Radio Insight this week (http://radioinsight.com/blog/headlines/93241/station-sales-week-of-65/):

"Celebration Ministries purchases 91.1 W216BM Okolona, KY from Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls for $90,000. W216BM will rebroadcast New Albany High School’s 88.1 WNAS New Albany, IN/Louisville."

This is a little confusing... a translator owned by a religious ministry is going to rebroadcast WNAS? That doesn't sound right, and I know WNAS doesn't broadcast in HD. But I know we've also seen random things like these put on applications before (for instance, wasn't the WAKY translator for 100.1 originally said to be a translator for WLCL?), so it is hard to tell what is going on.

Here is where things get really confusing, though. This Celebration Ministries seems to be the owner of Dominion Media, which also owns the TV stations WJYL and WWJS (WWJS being better known as Indiana 9, which is operated by New Albany Broadcasting).

That's interesting.I wonder if David Smith and NAB are up to something? But 91.1 doesn't cover much of Louisville and is a non commercial station.I live in Okolona and can barely receive 91.1 in my house. In my car it's not much better. It seems that their format is Southern Gospel and Christian Talk.
Here is the info for 91.1 from FCCdata, org

In my car this morning I checked 101.9 and they are simulcasting 88.1 WNAS.The signal is not very good even here in Okolona.
