Channel 104.9 and KFRC are back now, any possibilities of bringing back KSJO?

Now that Channel 104.9 and KFRC has returned. It makes me wonder if there's any chance that KSJO will return either back on 92.3 or other dials that's owned by our oh-so-lovely Clear Channel?
 
That would be up to the new owners because Clear Channel must sell either 3 SFO stations or 3 SJO stations so San Jose will go to a new owner or owners.

Any ideas on who the buyer(s) might be?

There are no new owners yet; the shareholders have yet to approve the buyout. Assuming they do, it probably would be 6 months to get approvals and close, and then there would be some period in which they would sell the grandfathered excess ownership stations.

We are looking out almost a year... if the sale happens.
 
How about Top 40 back to the Bay Area? Yea I know this annoys everyone. But I really think that they should have one. They don't need 90 thousand Hip Hop stations only 1!

no chance, ksjo is not doing that bad, it is even doing better than 100.3

I think that they would be too worried about cannibalizing KUFX, and to a lesser degree KCNL by bringing in a rock station.

Huh? KBRG outbills and outrates KSJO in San Francisco. Significantly.

Remember, the San Jose ratings are an extract of one county from the San Francisco ratings, and the SJ numbers are included in the SF numbers. Always look at the total, as time buyers do.

Of course, if the shareholders approve the sale of CCU, then all three SJ stations go on sale.
