Channel Numbers of all OTA Main Channel (.1), and Subchannels on Your Cable System

What are the channel number locations of any and all OTA main channels and subchannels on your local cable system(s)? (Both SD and HD versions).

Are there any systems that actually carry subchannel netlets on channel numbers below 100? (Few do).

Here in Chatham, I am served by the Springfield, IL Comcast headend. It's a former Insight system so the "non-national" channel numbers are a mess IMO. Netlets are SD only.

Our OTA main and subchannel lineup (SD channel shown first; HD and "national" channel numbers at end). Plus public access.

2--WICS Springfield (ABC 20.1) Springfield (HD 908 & 1020)
3--WCIA Champaign (CBS 3.1 or 49.2 in Springfield) (HD 912 & 1003)
6--WBUI Decatur (CW 23.1) (HD 914 & 1023)
7--WRSP Springfield (Fox 55.1) (HD 910 & 1055)
8--WSEC Jacksonville/Springfield (PBS 14.1) (HD 916 & 1014)
10--WAND Decatur (NBC 17.1) (HD 906 & 1017)
12--WILL Urbana (PBS 12.1) (HD 917 & 1012)
19--WCIX Springfield (My 49.1 or 3.2 in Champaign) (HD 918 & 1049)
219--Create (WSEC 14.2) (also on 1151)
220--Create & World (WILL 12.3) (also on 1159)
230--Stadium (WBUI 23.3) (also on 1182)
231--MeTV (WRSP 55.2) (also on 1168)
232--DABL (WBUI 23.2) (also on 1181)
233--Ion (national feed, also OTA on WAND 17.3) (also on 1421)
416--PBS Kids (WILL 12.2) (also on 1158)
417--PBS World (WSEC 14.2) (also on 1150)
420--TBD (WICS 20.3) (also on 1178)
421--Comet (WICS 20.2) (also on 1177)
423--Bounce (WCIA 3.3) (also on 1183)
424--Grit (WCIA 3.4) (also on 1184)
425--Court TV Mystery (WCIX 49.3) (also on 1172)
426--Laff TV (WCIX 49.4) (also on 1173)
434--Antenna TV (WRSP 55.3) (also on 1169)
907--Cozi (WAND 17.2) (also on 1190) (former location of 24/7 weather channel from WAND--still goes wall to wall radar and NOAA weather radar during warnings)

Charge! is also available in our market via WICS 20.4, but Comcast has never carried it in the three years since it first appeared locally. It could logically fit on channel 422 (and who knows where on the 4-digit national lineup).

IMO it would make sense for netlets to appear on cable locally between channels 73-99 (the highest numbered traditional "Digital Starter" channel is TV Land on 72). Rather than scattered througout the lineup.

Spectrum in Jackson, TN:

2 WNBJ CW+ 39.2 Jackson
3 WREG CBS 3.1 Memphis
5 WMC NBC 5.1 Memphis
7 WBBJ ABC 7.1 Jackson
9 WJKT Fox 16.1 Jackson
10 WKNO PBS 10.1 Memphis
11 WLJT PBS 11.1 Lexington/Jackson
13 WHBQ Fox 13.1 Memphis
15 WNBJ NBC 39.1 Jackson
16 WBBJ CBS 7.3 Jackson
180 WMC Bounce 5.2 Memphis
181 WREG Mid South News Network 3.2 Memphis
183 WREG Antenna TV 3.3 Memphis
184 WMC Circle 5.3 Memphis
191 WLJT PBS Kids 11.2 Lexington/Jackson
192 WLJT PBS Create 11.3 Lexington/Jackson

H&I is also carried on 176, but it appears to be from their network feed, which is something I wish more diginets would do.

The one thing that seems odd is that WNBJ 39.1 is on 15 while 39.2 is on 2, but WB/CW+ has always been on 2 since I've been on Charter/Spectrum and was only added to as a subchannel to WNBJ in the past year. Also 39.1 was only added to Spectrum about 3 years ago on 15.

Couple notes of my area
-Mankato is not a full market. We only have 2 OTA stations. KEYC 12-1 CBS 12-2 FOX and as of 12/1/19 KMNF-LD NBC 7-1 and CW+ 7-2. So Minneapolis stations are piped in
-we have 2 cable systems. Charter/Spectrum and Consolidated. Consolidated is the incumbent Telco (use to be called HickoryTech until Consolidated bought them out) and uses IPTV

Spectrum (all are Minneapolis stations except for noted). if carried in HD noted after station
2 KTCA - PBS 2.1 780
3 WFTC - MyTV 9.2 783
4 WCCO - CBS 4.1
5 KSTP - ABC 5.1 785
6 KAAL - ABC 6.1 (Austin/Albert Lea/Rochester, MN market)
8 KSMQ - PBS 8.1 (Austin/Albert Lea/Rochester, MN market)
9 KMSP - FOX 9.1 789
10 KEYC - CBS 12.1 782 (Mankato)
11 KARE - NBC 11.1 781
12 KTTC-DT2 - The CW 10.2 (Austin/Albert Lea/Rochester, MN market)..note KTTC NBC not carried
19 KEYC-DT2 - FOX 12.2 784 (Mankato)
192 KAAL-DT2 - This TV 6.2 (Austin/Albert Lea/Rochester, MN market)
194 KTCI - PBS 2.3
195 KSTP-DT2 - Heroes & Icons 5.7
196 KTCI-DT2 - PBS MN 2.2
200 KTCA-DT2 - PBS Kids 2.4
201 KARE-DT3 - Justice Network 11.3
203 KARE-DT4 - Quest 11.4

Consolidated
2 KTCA PBS 502 2.1
4 WCCO CBS 504 4.1
5 KSTP ABC 505 5.1
9 KMSP FOX 509 9.1
11 KARE NBC 511 11.1
12 KEYC CBS 512 12.1 (Mankato)
13 KEYC FOX 513 12.2 (Mankato)
14 WFTC MY 514 9.2
19 KWYE CW+ (cable only feed)
132 KTCI PBS 2.3
133 KTCI Minnesota Channel 2.2
706 KSTP-DT2 Heroes & Icons 5.7
711 KARE-DT2 CourtTV 11.2

Minneapolis KSTC (Independent) or KPXM Ion is not carried on either system. Neither is on the significantly viewed list from the FCC. Also WUCW CW is not carried as Mankato gets the CW+ feed

Charter has carried KAAL & KSMQ from the Rochester, MN market for over a decade. Neither system has the new NBC or CW+ from Mankato yet but since KARE qualifies as significantly viewed I doubt it would be dropped.
Subchannels from Minneapolis are not really carried other than the PBS ones, H&I and the ones off KARE (although neither system carries all 3 subs).

Not on Charter Spectrum,
Comet TV kinda surprised that hasn't been added if they ever do I bet it be channel 180,
WZZM OnTargetWeatherNetwork .2 that use to be channel 180 in 2015 was taken off in spring of 2018 to added Quest,
WXMI Fox17 Charged .4. Kinda surprised that Tribune added Charged I thought that WWMT would've added that to .4 since Sinclair owns the network.
QUBO or ION Life.

L-Charter Spectrum in So Cal has been slow to add subchannels as well. They haven't added any for a while.

The Main .1 channels are the following with HD being the second number if they are carried in HD:

I think there are some Chinese and Armenian channels we get for free and they might be subchannels of KSCI and KXLA but I haven't actually watched those and waited to see the top of the hour ID.
Advantage to being in LA area, lots of OTA channels and subchannels.
However, still no Comet, TBD, Quest, Justice, Grit, Qubo, Decades, This TV, FNX or Charge!. Some are available to stream via apps like Local BTV and Locast. The only one that is of interest is FNX or First Nations Experience carried on KVCR as a subchannel. It used to be on KLCS but they dropped it when they merged frequencies with KCET and instead kept NHK World as the subchannel (I thought FNX would have been a better choice).
Of course, there are also numerous foreign language subchannels and Low Power like NewsNet, BeIn Extra, AMG, Stadium, none of which appear on our cable lineup.
