For whatever Dave is gonna spend on the lawyers he might as well just pave the damn lot and be done with it.

And FWIW, the way I read the story it seemed like the reporter was trying to bait both Barger and the city to turn it into a "retailiation" story instead of what it appears to really be--just a minor property issue.

On the other hand, if Dave thinks he can milk it for PR (free advertising) value, we shouldn't be surprised if it drags out for years. Just get the calls right: W-R-T-A!

I've had the fry wagon in that parking lot and it looked fine to me. I also park in that lot whenever I go to the bistro located next door to the place. I've got no problem. Give the guy a break!

Is Dave afraid of Logan Township or he just doesn't care what goes on there? Lots of issues to talk about in the township: Un-needed new building (palace), 6 and 7 percent administrative raises all while raising sewer rates, "creative" accounting.

I would like to see Barger take his show on the road...maybe he could braodcast live from the Frywagon from the Water Palace. Free fries with every water bill paid. Fryman could put away the vinegar with Barger's sharp tongue on the scene.
