KISW had a great signal in the valley, as do the other major Seattle area stations whose signals haven't been lost to a local low power station or repeater on the same frequency. In light of what's been happening lately I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the powerhouse signals of KUBE, KMPS, KUOW, KJR-FM, KJAQ, KIRO, KING, KLCK, KPLZ, KCMS, KBKS, & KRWM are gone too. KNDD's days are now numbered with the recent approval of the new station in Surrey on 107.7.
Yes, the CBC stations in Chilliwack and Abbotsford are totally redundant as the CBC signals from Vancouver blast into those communities.
