I have to admit that when looking back, I feel spoiled having had the opportunity to live and party through this time period. I loved the early 90's and was especially quite pleased with the way that Austin and Houston embraced this music not only in the clubs, but on the radio as well. Songs like "Floatation" by the Grid and "Romeo and Juliet" by FKW sounded phenomenal at 4 AM in the clubs as they (as well as my friends an I) were starting to wind down. It took me years to remember who performed "Romeo and Juliet" as the song went out-of-print shortly after it was released due to a copyright issue.
