He made headlines and lost his job as a sports talk show host when Florida authorities investigated him on charges of rape from an incident in 2007. Now, cleared of any wrongdoing after a police investigation, former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin may be heading to court, but this time as the plaintiff. Irvin is considering a lawsuit against the woman in question, but is also pondering a lawsuit against KESN-FM (103.3) and parent company ESPN Radio for wrongful termination. It was immediately after the allegations surfaced that Irvin was dropped by KESN, and replaced by Ben & Skin.
Michael should sue the woman, but suit against KESN & ESPN won't fly. They were going to fire him any way. The investigation was just a pretense. I know you guys agree. Most just wanted him off the air.
And to all those who posted saying he should stop doing all these things with women other than his wife, maybe a apology is in order.
