Cleveland Radio History - 1947 - state of FM and new TV

A little bit of Cleveland area history, I downloaded this newspaper clipping image a few years back. Not sure which paper, and the muddled date has to be Dec 18, 1947, as Channel 5 went on the air the day before according to Wikipedia, and was the area's first TV station. I think the main TV part was missing in whoever scanned this, but a correct insight on the future of FM. I tried 'shopping the image so it wasn't crooked, but it made the letters wavy and hard to read, so I kept it as is. This is from when radio and TV really served the local community.
