Comcast spinning NBCUniversal

I didn't think that Comcast would spinoff NBCU which I believe someone will buy it, which I think will be Netflicks which I think will sell the NBC O&Os as I don't see them wanting it like the WBD cable networks just wants the movie studio and library content in my opinion.
