The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has named Jacquie Gales Webb as Vice President of Radio.
Gales Webb most recently served as Director of Content for CPB and has been with the organization since 2005. She has been involved in the CPB projects including WGBH’s WORLD Channel, the Urban Alternative music format, radio station engagement around Ken Burns’ PBS documentary series “Country Music” and NPR’s international coverage. She has also hosted a Sunday afternoon Gospel show on Howard University R&B 96.3 WHUR Washington DC since 1990.
