I think there's a couple of ways you can go with the 103.1's and I do believe the current target demo may not be that far off. It's really debt service that becomes an issue for anyone who would buy them.

Univsion has 2 TV and 5 radio already here.

Not viable as an LA signal, and Riversideis not a big enough $$$ market for Hispanic revenue to be viable.

Not a viable upgrade. Phx has a better chance.

Denver has only one good signal, and it is beaten by an AM.

Not a viable market for Spanish. too few dollars. Like Sacramento, where Univision left.

Over limit. And KLYY signals sucks.

Most of the stations are dogs.

I am not sure they can get what they paid. Otherwise, only Asian programming could possibly make enough for them to hit targets and pay debt down.
