COULD ROBBY BRIDGES BE THE ONE TO GO TO PRO-FM NIGHTS?

Long shot I know. He's done the shift but his delivery is definitely CHR (albeit 1980s CHR). He keeps it clean and is concerned about his image like PRO-FM would want anyone there to be. He'd have to drop the cornball stuff that's become his trademark. He'd be talking to people younger than him but now he's talking to people twice his age. Frankly I thought he'd be the next one Everett would coax over to the other studios at Oxford Street but the more I think of it neither Coast nor B101 would give him any kind of a showcase after morning drive. There's really nowhere else in the market for this guy at this point and since he's worked a couple of days at several major market stations from Boston to Philly would this be a good move?

he would prolly be the best one in the market at this point for that shift for reasons you stated.but i dont think he would wanna leave afternoon drive for nights and most likely less money

Yes I agree but I don't think it would be a money issue as I think that the least thing that might motivate him. I'm still surprised he's still in Providence though as I thought his goal would be major market.

His goal was a major market, he already has been in NYC, Philly, and Boston. So from what I got out of the situation was he has accomplished his goals major market wise and wanted to come back to Cranston (his hometown) and be back on the radio in Providence and CTK was his oppurtunity. Since joining them, he has grown from Nights to Afternoons (#1 rated in afternoons in Providence, so not bad) and he's added AMD to his stripes at CTK.
