Buffalo Cousin Brucie joins WEBR 1440am and WLVL 1340 am on the airways

Brucie is syndicating his show, so a whole bunch of little Oldies stations will be picking it up. But putting it on two graveyard channel AMs in Buffalo seems redundant, when most listeners will probably have better reception from WABC's skywave signal.

Realistically, they're Niagara County stations that cover their service area pretty well with a little impact in northern Erie County suburbs. Listening on 105.3 FM or online would likely be a much more pleasant listening experience than trying to pull in WABC's skywave signal.

I'm in northern Erie County, and listening on 105.3 is certainly better than WABC or even WLVL or WERR on AM.

There aren't a lot of people who even have a radio capable of DXing, much less are willing to put up with the atmospheric conditions that yield even a decent quality signal, much less the noise factory that most AM listening is these days. One in a thousand is probably being very generous.

I normally wouldn't waste my time to respond to old critics .My ad revenue tell me a different story.I have clients that are not buying other stations.I have over 100 streaming platforms that no one knows my numbers but me and my clients. The cat out of the bag.We add new platforms every week.Keep listening there is more to come.I am not corp radio and I can make my own decisions.

Bill, serving Niagara County is a reasonable approach. There are folks there who would like to advertise to local customers. If you get a few Buffalo customers who can't afford Buffalo station rates, so much the better. Streaming bypasses other technical issues. Good luck.
