Cowles to buy seven Montana TV stations

What affect (if any) will this have on the annual Montana vs. Montana State football matchup (which was produced by Max Media)?

From the sounds of it, the game and it's production will benefit from the purchase by Cowles. In an article in the Billings Gazette, the company says it wants to expand it's sports channel into Montana.

I wonder if this means they will expand the News Operations
The Fox stations Launched A 9pm Newscast A few Months ago

KULR-8 A few Weeks Ago Replaced It's Accuweather Subchannel with SWX
as it's now mentioned on SWX Station ID's

Interesting! That's run by KHQ in Spokane and also aired on KNDO here in Yakima and KNDU in the Tri-Cities (both known as NBC Right Now). Will they expand this to western MT and the KECI network?

Most Likely It's Going to added to .3 on the ABC Stations Fox is .2 (Cowles Owns them) KECI is Owned By Eagle Communications
and I Live in Yakima As well

Which probably explains why SWX on its weather coverage is now showing maps of the entirety of Montana. Will this lead to an expansion of SWX's focus, or will it continue to be a Spokane oriented channel?
