In a letter submitted on behalf of the victim Gerard LoDuka, the attorney said an order requiring Craig Carton to pay 15% of earnings toward nearly $5 million in restitution should be changed to reflect his career revival at WFNA and potentially MLB. He contends that Carton has not made a single restitution payment since his June release from prison.
