Craig Carton goes to WFAN Casey Bartholomew back at 101.5 as a Jersey Guy

This is a sad day for Carton and Rossi fans. My drive home from work won't be the same again. I can't believe that they replaced him with that moron, and they have the nerve to just plug Casey into "The Jersey Guys" as if nothing has changed.

Will they actually acknowledge this on air? Are they naive enough to think that listeners won't notice that Craig never came back from "vacation"?

I love it..Casey is the best..I just wish Scott was back to.now all they have to do is replace Tommy G.all he does is cry all night.he as no listeners he as the same 10 people call him every hour every night..so I just listen to 94.1 WYSP as they are all talk weekdays nights.

I can assure you that I am not Mary Walter. I have a less than stellar opinion of Ms. Walter and in no way want my "name" associated with her.
 
I don't understand this station. I never liked the personalities. They were something to put on when Howard wasn't on, or between Howard and O&A when they had a good show. All the 'coupled shows' were just unchallenging, lowbrow BS. Pull an idea out of the hat, aim for the buttons on imbeciles. Oh, for that matter, all their night shows sucked too. Carton and Rossi? The most I could bear them was probably 10 minutes at a clip.

Thank god for Satellite. I never have to hear this stuff, not even between CDs.
 
Yes all the night shows sucked since Mary Walter left and Tommy G does talk to sluts and whores at night.

Since Mary is of interest to many on this board she will be on Fox Radio tomorrow afternoon. Enjoy her show !

I'll vouch for Joe that he is most definitely not Mary. But Kyle is Casey.
 
I have to admit something....

I think Craig pulled off a brilliant move here. Machievellian, even.

With all of Boomer's commitments, I don't think he's going to be able to "survive" morning drive radio. I think in less than 9 months, Boomer's prescence will gradually fade, leaving the mantle of the show solely to Craig.

To be honest, I'd rather listen to sluts and whores than the sad, socially inept idiots that proliferated Mary's show.
 
When the Jersey Guys first took the airwaves, I wasn't impressed and I was annoyed. I thought that Craig was a ****-hating bigot who loved creating a stir. Being gay and all, I was annoyed right off the bat. As time surely went by, I found myself listening every day and liking it. I found them humorous, offensive and off the wall. I liked it. I thought some of their ideas and events were brilliant. It's gonna be hard to listen to Casey and Rossi. I never got into Scott and Casey. I wish Craig the best in whatever he does. I'm just happy that Dennis and Judi aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
