Craig Cornett from the Bull in St. Louis coming to Kicks

I have it from three solid sources that Kicks 101.5 is going to bring in the former morning show host of Clear Channel's The Bull in St. Louis, the second biggest country station there behind WIL-FM. His name is Craig Cornett. From his old bio on the site (since cached by google):

Craig Cornett is the new country voice of St. Louis radio. He has worked in St. Louis for the past 10 years, and has been with The Bull since it started in the Fall of 2000.

If you think Craig sounds a little funny, you're right. He is a product of Bill Clinton's Arkansas education system. He graduated from Gentry High School in 1984 and later earned his Bachelor's Degree in Radio/Television from Arkansas State. Despite all that, Craig has persevered and put together one of the best morning shows St. Louis has ever heard.

Craig and his wife Lisa have four children, Clayton, Katie, Carson and Campbell. Lisa was born and raised in St. Louis and they couldn't imagine a better place to raise a family.


You can hear Craig Cornett in the Morning every day from 5:30-9:00 along with Beau Vighn, TBone, and Hollywood Reports from Mike Evans. St. Louis is waking up with 93.7 The Bull!

ATLANTA GA – Craig Cornett joins KICKS 1015 as host of the new morning show.
“ I am delighted Craig is joining our on-air team in Atlanta. His energy and his ability to relate to an adult audience makes him the perfect choice”, stated Mark Richards, Operations Manager.
“Craig has had great success in St Louis in a very competitive radio market. He will be very entertaining on KICKS, and in the end, raise the bar for morning show talent in Atlanta”
Craig comes to Atlanta after 5 years of waking up St Louis listeners at KSD-FM (93.7 The Bull). His work includes a 7-year stint at KYKY (Y98), St Louis, and an on-air run at WMC-FM (FM-100) in Memphis.
“I am very excited about joining one of the biggest country radio stations in America, and can’t wait to meet the listeners in Atlanta!”, Cornett said.
Craig will arrive in Atlanta November 1st, with the new morning show debuting on KICKS shortly thereafter.
