The actual decision was issued a few days ago, but has finally filtered down to the local media. The StarPhoenix interviewed an official at Fabmar Communications--one of the groups that urged the CRTC to grant a new license--for its story (at http://www.thestarphoenix.com/news/CRTC+says+radio+station+Saskatoon/9173124/story.html); there's also a local CBC story (at http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saska...n-doesn-t-need-more-radio-crtc-says-1.2428241). And, the official CRTC statement is at http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2013/2013-606.htm.
