Cumulus Media sports KTCT San Francisco (1050) renews its multi-year agreement with the University of San Francisco (USF) athletics department and will continue as the flagship radio station for USF Dons men’s basketball.
The station, which is branded as “KNBR 1050” and simulcasts much of the programming of KNBR-AM/FM (680/104.5), will carry all games, pregame and postgame shows and the weekly “Hilltop Hoops Hour” hosted by the “Voice of the Dons” Pat Olson. A new addition this season is the “Coach Golden Minute,” which will air during the “Tolbert, Krueger and Brooks” afternoon show.
“The KNBR team couldn’t be more excited to extend this partnership with USF Athletics,” Program Director Jeremiah Crowe said in a release. “We look forward to bringing expanded coverage of Dons basketball back to the local airwaves and our loyal listeners in a few short weeks.”
