That's pretty much in line with this 55+ man.

From 0500-1400, WBAP is fine. After that, Hannity (``Let not your heart be troubled...'' along with his other verbal crutches), Levin and Ingraham are simply unlistenable -- at least to me.

Do the 12+ numbers also show that WBAP erodes in PM drive?

Hannity, Levin and Ingraham -- hard to believe that AM radio has almost become the sole province of people about to fall off the right side of the Earth.

And Levin has a book on The New York Times best-seller list for non-fiction this week.

Another sign of the times.
 
I am pleased to see that the KRLD Afternoon News beats the vile Hannity. Hannity's mouth spews lots of garbage and is as foul as a sewer.
 
I did enjoy the "Hate Hannity Hotline" -- but then, I got bored. Let freedom ring!

He and Limbaugh are two of the four greatest hate spewing, fear tactical using political demons. The others being O'Reilly and Beck.

Great Americans actually do something to progress the nation, not hold it back, or put people down.
 
In afternoons, I listen to The Wells Report on KLIF. I'd rather hear local issues than syndie cookie-cutter crap any day.

I think the problem with KLIF's drive (both morning and afternoon) is that they don't cover local. They seem to regurgitate the hot button national issue of the day. The other thing, and this is proven by sports talk success, is that when folks are in their cars, they want lighter. They don't want anger and vitriol. Until KLIF learns this they will continue to bottom feed.

Are you talking about KLIF-AM or KLIF-FM?
 
Yeah that's is very true. Although I have noticed the afternoon show John David Wells covers more local stuff than the morning host Jeff Bolton. Like yesterday was the Richardson School District spending issues.

The morning show has mostly become a constant commercial for Bolton's own website to get rid of the existing Congress. So I am listening less & less in the mornings. Basically the first 8-10 minutes of each show hour is dedicated to it (after 7 minutes of news, traffic & weather at top of the hour.) Then they break again every 15 minutes for traffic & weather, and news at the bottom of the hour. Not much time left for issues.
