Yes, I know Pedroia was drafted by the Sox and radio doesn't work the same way. My point was to draw a ridiculous parallel to his ridiculous statement...hence me starting the statement by saying "You are NOT serious...".

Well I have a fan of Mr. Morning for a time now, and I really didn't like the music on Y105, but I honestly can say, they have replaced Mr. Morning with Mr. Boring. Zach and Jayna suck balls!!! Neither has any idea of what goes into prepping for a morning show, it seems like everything is being done on the fly. I want a prize, because the music has grown on me and have officially switched to Y105 ALL DAY especially in the morning. So like I said, I want my prize, I have officially switched, Bill.

You guys have to look at the "Curtis Pattern"......Curt Hansen hires people away from competitors, uses them, then spits them out. Cases in point: the ex-WEZN nightime girl who WEBE hired and then they dumped her for John Tesh (and she couldn't go back to WEZN because WEZN picked up ex-WEBE nighttime show "Delilah"); Dr. Chris Evans (who though unemployed at the time) ex-KC101 am drive and Curtis hired him at WEBE only to spit him out; Father John Gatzak (former KC101 Sunday night "Take A Stand" public affairs host) Curtis hired, then spit him out;. And there were so many others. So, Curtis hires Trotta, just because he's a a"get" or "Steal away" and Curtis will spit him out of Y105 then Trotta can't go back to WDAQ...it's all Curtis' way of eliminating competition. Like Vince McMahon has done so many times...hire the competition's product, re-package them and then take them out back and shoot them. Bye bye competition.

Funny, you're also the one who said DAQ had someone to fill the AM slot......Yet it's still on allaccess. I see no "payback".

Back to some of the examples above..that particular night host was hired and then fired because of cutbacks within the company..a Cumulus mandate and syndication deal with John Tesh (weakkk)..but nothing to do with the "curtis pattern". That person was also relocated within the company after the fact.

If Bill does well ( better than what the station does now)....Then he will be fine.

wewe 108 does well with the lower Fairfield county crowd. Not sure of bobby bridges numbers???? But if he doesn't measure up, Hansen can always lure Peter Bush off the sales chair at the Ferrari dealership in New Canaan. Because in CT radio we love to revisit the past. Can't seem to slam the door on it! ::)

Maybe you mean Greenwich, because there certainly isn't a Ferrari dealership in NC. In fact, the Ford dealership that has been there for as long as I can remember is going out of business in NC.

It know its in lower Fairfield county. With the economy the way it is I am sure he is rolling those Ferrari's off the showroom floor like crazy........he should have kept his cushy afternoon drive slot. He might have to go back to wewe
as a part-timer for minimum wage. ::) ::) ;D ;D
