And WOLI keeps changing.

103.3 and 103.9 need to be paired together. 103.3 was never meant to be a stand-alone frequency. Horrible dial position as far as interference that was shoehorned in to give 103.9 eastern coverage in the market. 103.9 is a much better freq.
