DePetro doesn't seem to realize you have to "prove damages"; also, it gives the community the right to
countersue him for everything he said on the air that went over the line and was not protected by the
1st Amendment. See you in court, John.



I wrote to WRKO and to the Grace Ross campaign regarding DePetro.

No prey here. The ridiculous thing - and something I will expose if DePetro wants to take it that far - is the utter hypocrisy of Mr. Foul Mouth being so thin skinned. He got fired, and everyone feels worse for Jimmy than they do for John DePetro.

That's why he's infuriated. The Board Op has sympathy (Look at his comment in the press: "Poor Grace", comment on his website about Jimmy the board op)
