Did people in the west see Jimmy Kimmel after Obama?

The speech was supposedly live in the west. The game must have been live. So what was on between them? Kimmel tells us his specials air after the game in the west. After Obama's speech they didn't bother to fill the rest of the time with commentary. They showed what was apparently LEFT of Kimmel. Did anyone get to see more than just Ricardo winning his prize?

By the way, how do they score Ricardo's game? Some baskets got two points, and some got three. In the final game, all the baskets were two points.
