Did WRKO Kill Sunday Morning Garden Show With Jim Zappo?

Turned on WRKO this morning to hear Jim Zappo's Garden Show on but think it was not on.

Zappo's presentation was far superior to Paul Parent's Garden Show on WTTK. Zappo has a vast knowledge in the use of a natural - non environmentally destructive - products to use in the garden.

Unfortunately, Paul Parent's show now sounds like one commercial plug after another from some chemical company and he seems to discourage anything that is not a chemical which he advertizes. It is a matter of credibility.

Zappo does own Sharon View Nursery in Sharon but he clearly deliniates his commercial business from his radio show.

If WRKO dropped Jim Zappo I hope some other station picks him up.
 
He is still on he website, and usualy you are off the website before you even know you are off the air.
 
The Gardening Show was cut to 6:00am to 8:00am a few months back to make room for some paid programming. Zoppo is still there giving his ever organic outdoor advice.
 
RKO didn't get rid of Zoppo, you have to get up at the crack of dawn to hear him from 6 to 8, they cut 2 hours off the show and got rid of his partner Moe Lauzier, to make way for two BORING hours of financial shows. They did however, cut the other boring hour in the afternoon, Road to Recovery, Peter Simon has to be one of the most boring people I've heard on radio, monotone voice, zzzzzzzzzzz!
