Did your local Philly TV station stay on during the PA DTV test tonight?

If you have cable or satellite, i would like you to post your observations here on whether your TV station signal vanished or not at 6:25 PM EST tonight during the DTV test on all the broadcast stations in Philadelphia and if its possible and can you post video of the DTV test as it took place from the station you were watching from via cable or satellite if you recorded it? I have comcast in Philadelphia and 3, 6, 10 all came in fine during the DTV test.

I don't know what happened. I think DirecTv gets Philly TV OTA in Center City. I assume they are grabbing say both channel 3s, 6s, 10s etc. with the analog signal on the 101 sat and the digital signals on either the 99 or 103. So if you were watching the analog 6abc of DirecTv and they are getting the signal ota, did you loose the signal too or did DirecTv say everything's ok. Comcast gets the signal via fiber. but, are they now or will they be showing WPVI-DT on both cable channels 6 and 231, with 6 being downgraded and shown in letterbox?

You know I was watching an old episode of Doctor who, when I lost the signal, but it wasn't a blank snow filled screen, or a message. Something odd popped up.

I recorded it and uploaded it to youtube. Maybe someone can explain what this means.

Come on now. That was an instance when someone hijacked a signal of a TV station.
